What youll do:

• Fulltime position, 40 hr per week,09:00-18:00 (Monday-Friday)
• Handle customer queries professionally and speedily, both over the phone and face to face
• Be a point of contact for various UPS departments
• Provide customer counter cover receiving packages that need exporting and assisting with customer collections
• Perform inventory control in holds cage
• Action changes of addresses; future deliveries of packages and ensure packages available for pick-up
• Ownership of damage inspections

What youll need:

• Polite, professional confident communication skills
• A flexible and friendly attitude
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, time-specific and targeted environment
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel
• Self-motivation, a well-organised approach and the ability to work well as part of a team
• Any experience in a similar environment would come in handy
