The Role

This is a superb opportunity to join an award-winning, modern, dynamic, and supportive law firm offering specialist quality legal advice for Personal, Serious and Catastrophic Injury as well as Clinical Negligence. The firm is recognised across the region for its outstanding client care and high-quality work.

Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s commercial offering, it is now seeking a Serious Injury Solicitor. The ideal candidate will have wide-ranging experience, including a proven track record of dealing with Serious Injury work, including litigated multi-track cases.

The successful candidate will be expected to work self-sufficiently, running a complex and diverse caseload. They will manage a complex Serious Injury caseload from inception to conclusion as well as supervising a small team. They will also progress cases in line with company targets.

The ideal candidate will be 5 + years PQE and have experience handling a caseload of pre and post-litigated claims (Multi-Track). Supervision experience is desirable but not essential.

The Candidate

• 7 + years PQE Serious / Catastrophic Injury Solicitor
• Experience of working on a Litigated caseload
• Supervision experience
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Excellent client care skills
• Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
