Page Personnel have just registered a new exciting Permanent Case Executive Position in Leeds to work for a reputable law firm who are going through a significant growth period and have lots of exciting plans for 2024!This would be an excellent opportunity for someone who is experienced looking after their own case load of customers and is looking to join a business which offer excellent progression and an exciting development plan!
Job Description
As a Case Executive you will be managing your own caseload of customers that are going through the remortgage process you will be their main contact from start to finish ensuring a high level of client care.You will be dealing with a high volume of calls and queries daily making sure they are promptly resolved and service level agreements are exceeded.
The Successful Applicant
Previous experience of managing your own caseload ideally within a remortgage or conveyancing settingExtremely customer centric and passionate about delivering the best experience Able to work towards targets and deadlinesThe ability to work in a fast paced environment and have excellent organisation skills A good team player
