We have an opportunity to join our London office as a care coordinator. We're looking for a personable individual with great organisation skills to deliver customer service over the phone and via email, and provide administration support. In this role you will be responsible for completing team rotas and acting as the initial point of contact for any queries with clients, healthcare workers and the wider operations of the business. It is a truly rewarding role where your work will improve people's lives every day.

Every day you will…

  • Liaise with business support at the early stages to inform of capacity to supply and potential time scales for new business.
  • Work alongside the Engagement Coordinator on in depth staff calls for new business.
  • Work with the applications/resourcing team and be fully aware with new workers who are coming through recruitment process.
  • Maintain all relevant spreadsheets pertaining new business.
  • Anticipate assistance needed by identifying problems, needs, options and solutions before being asked.
  • Make initial contact with the client from an operations perspective, in terms of setting up client rules, managing expectations, supporting the role of others involved in new business.
  • Monitor and promote the usage of newly recruited nurses.
