Care Assistant - Complex CareUnfortunately, at this time, routes are unable to offer Sponsorship.Locations: We provide complex care across the Carlisle/Lancaster region, please speak to the recruitment team to discuss where suits you.Shift Patterns: 08:00 - 20:00 Monday to Sunday.Rate of Pay: £15.00 - £16.50 per hour (including holiday pay).Required experience:At least 6 months experience as a care assistant or in the care sector.You will need a full valid driving licence and access to a car for work.Previous complex care expeirience would be adventageous.We provide full in-house training & development including NVQ’s and clinical careYou must be a UK resident and have the right to work in the UK to apply.About the role:Routes Healthcare want people to join our team who are passionate about a career in care.
