Apply now to join our great team of Care Assistants here at Care Outlook to help improve the lives of the vulnerable and elderly in their own homes in the HOUNSLOW area.As a healthcare assistant, you will be going from door to door providing personal care, building relationships, and making a big difference to those who need it whilst gaining great job satisfaction.Areas Covered:TW3, TW4, TW5, TW7, TW8, TW13, TW14, W4 (Feltham, Hounslow, Isleworth, Chiswick, Brentford)Benefits of working for us as a Care Assistant:· Rates of pay from £13.50 per hour· Enhanced pay at weekends & Bank Holidays· Mileage paid at 40p per mile· Earn £300 Refer a friend scheme· Company issued mobile phone· Full & Part time hours available· 28 days annual leave (pro rata)· DBS cost covered· 2-weekly payroll· Free uniformThe Role:· Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)· Performing light housekeeping tasks.· Observing, monitoring and recording keeping.The Requirements:· Full UK driving Licence and access to own vehicle.· Caring, reliable, patient and compassionate.· Some flexibility as you will be supporting people in their own homes.· Working every other weekend.· Authorised to work in the UK – WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP.Shifts available for Care Assistants:· 07:00am – 15:00pm· 07:00am – 19:00pm· 15:00pm – 22:00pm· Minimum availability 20 hours, with as many hours as you’re available to do.As this role is in the community you must hold a UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle to be considered for this position.No experience necessary, as our starters are provided with a fully comprehensive training programme, in full
