Business Travel Consultant in London

Our people are at the heart of our business and we’re recruiting for an experienced Business Travel Consultant to join our team working part-time on a remote basis. We’re able to offer flexible hours covering evenings and weekends or hours outside of the standard Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm. We’re ideally looking for individuals to work four days a week, Friday-Monday working 1 pm to 10 pm or weekend working Sat & Sun with a minimum of 18 hours. What You’ll Do Providing high levels of customer service you’ll; Handle enquiries and reservations ensuring that they are responded to professionally, arranging and confirming bookings and building traveller’s profiles to make sure that their needs are met Carry out research for our clients to make sure they get the best deal Process Travel tickets and documentation Offer advice and guidance on available options to our clients for each itinerary including advice on visas, passport requirements and vaccinations Handle refunds and cancellations Help to train and support new staff as they join the team What we’re looking for You’ll be a motivated, passionate individual who has previous experience of working in business travel Ideally, you’ll have experience using Travelport & Sabre You’ll have an excellent telephone manner, excellent verbal reasoning skills and great attention to detail You’ll be happy to work between the hours of 8am and 6pm on a rota basis UK. Or joining our global team working with USA- US hours between 8am until 1900 or Joining our Australian team – Oz Sydney hours 8am until 1800 weekends.
