About Our Client An opportunity has arisen to join an expanding team of consultative sales professionals offering accredited leadership and development programmes designed for people managers, business professionals and directors. In addition to these programmes the team work with client organisations to develop bespoke training programmes to meet specific leadership development challenges faced by organisations across a diverse range of sector from healthcare (Inc NHS) through to Retail and Government. The role would suit an individual with a passion for learning and an appreciation of the value it can bring to an organisation’s success in delivering customer value. About the Role As a member of the team you will be supplied warm leads to follow up, an extensive database of existing clients to connect and cult with and extended on the job training to develop the skills and knowledge required to be able to generate opportunities via LinkedIn connections and networking/client visits. The role would suit an individual who is: * committed to their own continued development * understands the value of CPD and has a passion and appreciation for learning – as this is a key driver to success in the role. * able and prepared to invest the time in developing an understanding of the topics covered in the programmes offered. * capable of managing protracted lead timelines for a large number of opportunities related to a multiple products. * Has good standard of written communication skills. * Comfortable holding meetings with Directors & C-suite contacts Paul Feldman is the National Skills Agency Data Protection Officer.
