Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing and implementing sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role, ideally selling promotional merchandise
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the advertising or marketing industry is a plus
- Knowledge of HubSpot CRM software and sales performance metrics
