  • Identify and target new business opportunities across the private healthcare sector, aesthetic clinics, and other key segments.
  • Manage and lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear targets and driving performance to achieve revenue goals and profitability.
  • Oversee international export operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and the successful distribution of pharmaceutical products to markets including the GCC and beyond.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine and adapt business strategies.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, finance, marketing) to ensure a seamless and efficient process from sales to fulfilment.
  • Continuously monitor sales performance and develop action plans to address challenges and capitalise on opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market developments, and progress toward business goals.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical wholesale industry, with a strong understanding of UK and international markets.
  • Proven track record of developing successful partnerships with clinics, pharmacy retailers, and healthcare providers.
  • Strong leadership and management experience, with the ability to build and motivate a sales team to meet targets and drive growth.
  • Experience in international exporting, with knowledge of regulatory and logistical requirements for global pharmaceutical distribution.
  • Multi-lingual capabilities, with proficiency in English, and preferably French and/or Arabic, a significant advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on driving profitability and market share.
  • Familiarity with WDA(h) regulations and MHRA guidelines in pharmaceutical wholesale.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and commission structure.
  • The opportunity to lead and grow within a dynamic and expanding pharmaceutical wholesale business.
