FoundPop is a fast growing design-led furniture rental business born out of the award winning architectural practise Found Associates. FoundPop provides furniture to leading names such as Nike, Pangaia, Lululemon and Represent - along with some very exciting emerging brands. Our clients encompass but are not limited to fashion, beauty, lifestyle and accessories. We also provide furniture to music and experiential experiences and large scale events at Olympia, O2 Centre and Excel.

This is a pivotal time for the business and we're looking for a confident Business Development Manager to lead on this next growth phase. This person will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, be ideas driven and able to utilise established relationships with brands to introduce them to FoundPop.

This is a permanent full time role - the individual must be London based and comfortable travelling within London as required by the role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new strategies to attract and engage new clients - working with the Sales & Marketing teams to build on and enhance the existing pipeline
  • Be responsible for owning and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
  • Use pre-established relationships to expand the current FoundPop portfolio of 300+ brands/agencies
  • Lead the Sales team in exploring new prospective industries
  • Be responsible for all lead sourcing and outbound outreach - with the ability to use creative problem solving to try new outreach tactics
  • Stay up to date on current industry trends and challenges, ensuring FoundPop evolves and our offering develops inline with brand demands and requirements
  • Attend pop-up activations and relevant industry events to network and help build FoundPop's profile
  • Manage and utilise CRM systems for effective client development and sales operations
  • Provide regular updates and reports on performance, pipeline development, client feedback and industry insights

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record in B2B sales
  • Fashion background preferred - you have strong relationships in luxury, ecommerce, retail or fashion industries
  • Creative problem solver
  • Analytical and confident with numbers
  • CRM experience - Pipedrive preferred but not essential
  • You have the ability to influence senior characters internally and externally
  • Start-up experience preferable and/or someone who has worked in small businesses before
  • The ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management and organisational skills
