B2B Business Development Manager

Do you have experience selling high-end products in the food or drinks industry?

Are you an entrepreneurial self-starter thriving in high-pressure environments?

Can you build and maintain strong client relationships with exceptional service and support?

Macgregor Black is partnering with a luxury food brand on the search for a Business Development Manager. This is a permanent role based in London, with nationwide travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify target accounts and opportunities in the competitive fine foods market.
  • Build strong client relationships through outstanding service and support.
  • Develop and communicate response strategies with the Head of Sales.
  • Assist Head of Sales & Marketing with commercial partnerships and represent the brand at networking events.
  • Launch new product ranges into the existing customer portfolio.

What we’re looking for?

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B luxury sales experience (essential).
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about fine food.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in cold calling, following up on leads, and pitching at all levels.
  • Ability to work autonomously while being a team player.
  • Portfolio of contacts within the luxury hospitality sector (chefs, 5-star hotels, prestige retailers, etc.) is a plus.

Salary: Up to £50k + Bonus + Benefits
