This role would suit a recruitment consultant, senior recruitment consultant or branch manager looking to move into a purely sales role. * Promoting our temporary & permanent recruitment services to both local & regional businesses, via telephone, email & face to face meetings * Arranging & attending business to business sales meetings * Presenting recruitment solutions to key company decision makers * To build lasting business relationships with new and existing clients & companies * To manage a daily, weekly and monthly sales pipeline & diary * Attend regular service meetings with current clients * Ideally have a background or experience of industrial recruitment, including new business development & account management * Have a strong background in either a telesales or a face to face sales role, gained within the recruitment industry * Have excellent communication and presentation skills * Be able to present recruitment solutions to various levels of management within organisations including hiring managers, HR departments & board level management * Have excellent negotiation skillsIdeally we are looking for candidates that have a background or experience of industrial recruitment, including new business development & account management however all recruitment experience will be considered.Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm however an element of flexibility is needed during peak periods.Basic starting salary is DOE, industry leading packages are available with excellent OTE’s to £100kpa, company car or car allowance options & company benefits.For further information please contact MKpersonnel Solutions today
