Countrywide Land & New Homes is a specialist division which is perfectly positioned to look after the bespoke needs of residential developers, housebuilders, institutional investors, local authorities, housing associations and landowners across the UK.
Role Description
This is a full-time Business Development Manager role at Countrywide. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving corporate client acquisition within the residential development space and managing existing client relationships. The main purpose of this role is to secure new contract wins for Countrywide Land & NEw Homes to act on behalf residential developers to provide a wide range of sales solutions for their portfolios.
Having responsibility for a defined geographic location, the role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, conducting market research, and engaging with potential clients to generate leads. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve revenue targets and will be the central point of contact for the Regional Sales Managers and the Sales Directors.
This is a hybrid role, based in North Manchester / East Lancashire, with regional travel required daily and national travel required from time to time.
