The Role:

• Adopt a proactive and fluid approach to increasing booking enquiries andconversions
• Develop relationships with key local corporate bookers andagencies  
• Nurture relationship with events companies and specialists toencourage repeat custom
• Generation and creation of bespoke events  
• Conduct regular competitor analysis
• You will be a natural leader of people who can inspire a team and bring out individual potential, an ambassador of the brand; you will need to be calm and collected when managing your team.
• Inspire your team to deliver the owners' vision, tobring a unique and immersive dining experience to our guests.
• Show your experience and capability for managing high volumeoperations and busy service periods
• Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of booking systemssuch as SevenRooms and Opentable and understanding customers specific needs to deliver aunique experience
• Driving a team to greatness through exciting, innovative and engaging training
