About the role...

As the Business Development Director, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of the agency by building a robust business development strategy.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

You’ll be working closely with our leadership team to design and implement processes that align with our ambitious growth plans.

About you...

To be considered for this Business Development Director role, we're looking for someone with solid business development experience...

ideally in an agency environment.

You'll have a proactive and target driven attitude and an understanding of how the sales funnel works.

You'll be a natural people person with great communications skills and the ability to talk to internal and external stakeholders and varying levels.
