Who We Are Looking For The Sales Director  will be focused on business development and new account acquisition within the bank and non-bank financial services industry for our UK & I team. The  Sales Director  is responsible for building and nurturing relationships with senior stakeholders across a defined list of target accounts within the UK&I. You will also develop, execute, and track plans and strategies for delivering new business and achieving the company’s sales goals. The Sales Director will, according to a defined sales plan and the Provenir sales and delivery process, execute effective sales campaigns and activities to increase the Provenir customer base and grow monthly recurring revenue. What You’ll Do 
  • Define, execute and manage client go to market engagement.
  • Undertake client discovery to establish key organisational goals and win themes.
  • Develop and manage an effective pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Manage sometimes complex 9–12-month complex sales cycles.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Negotiate enterprise level contractual agreements.
  • Close Business
  • Support Client and Account Management to delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and timely sales cadence reports to support accurate regional business forecasting.
  • Qualifications, Strengths, and Skills
  • A minimum of seven years’ experience solution selling into, or within the domain of enterprise SaaS technology 
  • A minimum of five years working within the financial services industry specifically credit risk decisioning
  • Existing and demonstrable network of senior contacts across multiple UK clients
  • Minimum 5 years demonstrable experience in discovery lead sales
  • Experience mapping key organisational stakeholders and goals.
  • Ability to engage with and manage “C” level relationships. 
  • Experience in cloud hosted technology solutions.
  • Working knowledge of Decisioning, BPM, CRM, Case Management Software, or enterprise-wide specific solutions within a vertical market
  • Thrives in an accountable sale culture.
  • Organised and effective communication
  • Ability to understand complex business problems and provide simplified solutions.
  • Experience in advanced sales questioning and sales methodologies. 
  • Self-motivated team player. 
  • Ability to consult to a range of multi-cultural banks and non-bank financial institutions. 
  • Consistent track record of achieving and/or exceeding sales targets.
