Business Change Consultant

Salary – London: Up to £75,000 / National: Up to £60,000

A bit about the job:

You will be accountable for enabling and delivering change in the Global, Corporate, and Specialty Lines (GCS) business.

This involves working with business teams to assess opportunities and drive change that positively impacts the business.

You will lead multiple business projects, ensuring delivery meets objectives on time and within budget.

Additionally, you will prepare and own business readiness to ensure the adoption of delivery is fully utilized and balanced.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience in delivering and leading end-to-end change projects with people, business processes, systems, and technology teams preferably within insurance or financial services.

  • Knowledge and experience of applying change/project management methodologies and tools, including project planning, implementation, and managing risks and issues.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver at pace and with agility.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence decision-makers.

  • Experience in change management in financial services industry.

  • Salary – London: Up to £75,000 / National: Up to £60,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
