Job Title: London Residential Surveyor (AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS)

Location: North/East London (within M25)

Our client specialise in the survey and valuation of prime residential properties across London, the Home Counties and the South East.

They take immense pride in providing the highest quality, detail-driven, bespoke surveys to our clients.

They are not a high volume operation, we complete no more than one building survey per day per surveyor, and they offer a personalised full access service to their clients; talking them and their representatives through our findings and assisting them with any issues.

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious surveyor (AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS) to join our team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in the prime property market.

As part of our team, you will handle a low volume of specialised surveys, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and exceptional service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed surveys and valuations of residential properties within London.
• Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients, guiding them through property transactions with a focus on personalised service.
• Maintain and collaborate with key referring partners to enhance business development opportunities.

Ideal Candidate

• Holds AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS accreditation with two years+ experience in residential property surveying and valuation within London.
• Ideally Level 3 Building Survey experience, but not essential, VRS registered.
• Resides within the M25, within easy access to North/East London.
• Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality services and thrives in a hands-on role.
• Keen to expand and grow network of clientele and referring partners.
