Building SurveyorNorth West London£25p/h - £35p/hRepairs and MaintenanceDaniel Owen are proud to be representing a well-known social housing company based in North West London who are looking for a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join their team.They are looking for an experienced Surveyor who is experienced in managing reactive repairs, voids and disrepair projects.To ensure appropriate commercial controls are in place and adhered toControl the commercial aspects of the supply chain gearing maximum leverage and work seamlessly within the businessResponsible for overseeing some members of the teamFirm Understanding of Schedule of Rates for Building Works and disrepair building maintenance surveying background would be desirablePrevious experience working in the social housing/local authority sectorStrong team player with excellent communication skillsProactive approach to workProven track record for being Reliable and punctualMust hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicleKey Knowledge:Social Housing, Building Contractor and local authority industry knowledgeIT and Excel LiterateHNC or equivalent surveying qualification required
