Building Services EngineerWe have an opportunity for a Building Services Engineer to join us at Honeywell, in Glasgow, Scotland where you will be responsible for providing a first response for breakdowns or faults, ensuring priority targets are met for reinstating critical systems and aiming to achieve first fix/right first time to return systems to operation. Honeywell customers have saved $6B in Energy & Operational Savings since 1979 and we have completed approximately 6,000 guaranteed efficiency projects for our customers.Transform the way buildings operate to be safer, more productive and more energy conscious.Key requirements * Service and maintenance of all Honeywell and third party Building Services and M&E plant equipment * Day to day liaison with the client in the planning and delivery of onsite servicing, repairs, maintenance and calibration; including diagnosing and repairing faults * Determine equipment and plant upgrade needs for implementation and inform management in a timely manner, report possible future failures, disturbances and other opportunities for improvement * Ensure customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients * Carry out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks as per company policy and proceduresKey skills and qualifications * Previous work experience in servicing and maintaining building services, gas and electrical systems undertaking pre planned maintenance and statutory compliance maintenance completion * Strong problem-solving capabilities, interrogating complex faults within large commercial mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations * 17th/18th Edition IET (Institution of Engineering and Technology) Qualification * Ability to work on own initiative and/or as part of a team * Ability to work safely at all times and the ability to communicate and report on Statutory Health & Safety or compliance requirements/regulationsOur offer * Work for a well-known brand with a continued focus on innovation and growth * Join a dynamic team where most leaders are promoted from within * Competitive salary and generous benefits including incentive reward scheme on the upselling of productsWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
