Branch Manager in Stanley

Well regarded independent estate agents in the North East who's staff are placed at the heart of their operations.

I'm seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Branch Manager to lead an established office in Stanley.

Position: Branch Manager Location: Stanley Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 base, £45,000 plus OTE uncapped!

Hours: Full-time, 37.

5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Saturdays on a rota basis with time given back in lieu.

About the Role: I am looking for an ambitious and positive individual who can lead, develop, motivate, and inspire their team while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:Lead by example, actively participating in selling or listing properties.

Develop and implement clear structures for your team on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Motivate and inspire your team to achieve results and maximise opportunities.

Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards.

Generate revenue from various income streams, including sales fees, rental income, upselling additional services, and marketing charges.

Requirements:Previous estate agency experience with a proven track record of success.

A valid driving license.

Strong leadership and motivational skills.

Ability to provide structure and clear direction to your team.
