What a fantastic time to take the lead of our Northampton branch team! As the Branch Manager, you’ll have a unique chance to shape the future of our Northampton branch. With the recent relocation, you’ll be stepping into a role where your decisions and leadership will directly impact the branch’s success. As the branch has only moved 2 miles, we still have a strong customer base, and it will be your job to grow this further! This sort of opportunity doesn't come along very often - come and be part of it!
Qualifications
We would love to hear from you if you are a current Branch Manager (or assistant looking to develop your career) in the drainage or wider merchanting industry with an appetite to learn our products.
You'll be experienced in leading a small team, sales focused, understand branch operations (including H&S) and be customer centric.
So, if you have a proven track record in merchanting, a good network of contacts in the Northampton area, driven, and have the ability to use your initiative, get in touch, we are waiting to hear from you!
