Your new role

As our Branch General Manager, youll bring your passion for delivering an unrivalled customer experience, and ability to inspire your colleagues to do the same. Youll coach, mentor and champion your people to help them fulfil our customers needs and help make their houses feel like warm and welcoming homes. Youll take responsibility for the growth and revenue of your store, by sitting firmly in your teams corner, youll help them achieve their targets and get the most out of their career at DFS.
