Elevation Recruitment Group is excited to work with a growing practice in Doncaster, currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their welcoming bookkeeping team on either a full-time or part-time basis (open to both).
About the Role: Join a dynamic team responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for clients, including:Bank reconciliations.
Preparation of VAT returns.
Management of accounts payable and receivable.
Clear communication with clients via verbal and written channels, ensuring timely responses.
Additional tasks such as scanning and electronic filing as required.
Candidate Requirements:Minimum 2 years' experience, ideally within an accountancy practice.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Sage, and Xero accounting software.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with VAT returns, reconciliations, and knowledge of VAT regulations and MTD.
Familiarity with CIS returns and reconciling control accounts.
Preferable experience in producing management accounts.
Excellent communication skillsAbility to multitask, self-manage effectively, and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Efficient, organised, enthusiastic, and a team player.
