Reporting directly into the Biddable Associate Director, the Biddable Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of their team and accounts, including supporting the Biddable Director in all Paid Search & Social planning and activation across their client remit. They will deliver best in class thinking and output for their clients and provide valuable insights and recommendations for their clients. The Biddable Manager will support the Biddable Associate Director to set expectations across the team, defining brilliant BAU and work closely with media and technology providers to ensure best practices are adhered to and a continued strive towards excellence.

We’re looking for someone who has proven expertise in managing clients and teams within Paid Search & Paid Social with a focus on driving commercial results and ROI for clients. The role requires someone who can bring operational excellence and strategic thinking to the PHD Media Experience team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience nurturing, developing and managing highly motivated and efficient teams as well as demonstrable experience in managing well-informed, knowledgeable and highly driven clients.

This is a perfect opportunity to become a performance focused Biddable Manager, ensuring best practice in addition to continually innovating and finding new opportunities to grow digital investment. Management of the following search and social channels will be key: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Reddit. This is an opportunity to be the day-to-day point of contact for your clients on social platforms including fielding their questions and proactively approaching them with new opportunities.

You will be key figure in supporting the Biddable Associate Director to develop search & social media strategies ingrained in insight and plan that ladder back to client’s business or campaign objectives and presenting these back clearly and effectively.
