Diggia are an international engineering group who provide a suite of services over a range of renewable energy assets; in particular electric vehicle charging infrastructure, ground mounted and rooftop commercial scale and utility scale solar PV, energy efficiency improvements and battery technology.Since 2002, we have developed different projects at a global level helping companies and public administrations with innovative, sustainable and human solutions and services. • Evaluate new business opportunities and present these in a weekly report to board meeting attendees.
• Apply strategic priorities and team constraints to go/no-go decisions about tenders.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and project management/delivery.
• Brief colleagues both within and outside of the tender department on their responsibilities with any relevant bids.
• Gather evidence, data and research in order to write, edit and check bid documents.
• Review the submission package and high scoring bid questions that have been written by the Bid Specialist, providing support where appropriate.
• Ensure timescales are met at each step of the bid process, resulting in the on-time submission of compliant and commercially sound bids.
• Support any client presentations required as part of the bid submission.
• Report bid progress to the board on a weekly basis.
• Drive continuous improvement, through post-bid reviews, both internally and with customers.

• Experience of working in – or a demonstrable understanding of – our industry and the funding landscape of the markets we operate in.
