Job Title: Bench Joiner ForemanLocation: BirminghamHours: 6.45am – 3.30pm (Full time)Contract: Permanent - £32,000 - £37,500Our client is looking for a bench joiner foreman to join their experience team who design led cabinetmaking business based in Birmingham and working with clients from across the country to manufacture bespoke cabinetry for the entire home from our large workshop, working with interior designers, architects and own private clients within the residential / domestic sphere.Responsibilities --Minimum 2 Years’ Experience (qualifications in cabinetmaking an advantage)-Experience using a wide range of hand & power tools and workshop machinery essential.-Repair or replace damaged wooden components.-Measure and cut materials to specified dimensions.-Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.Skills --A commitment to producing high quality work with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.-A self-starter who can work as part of a team or independently.-An ability to manage time effectively to ensure work is completed on time and in full.-A flexible approach to working hours to meet the demands of the business.- Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials.- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labour.-Full clean UK driving licence essential.Benefits --Company Pension-On site parking-Progression within the company-5 weeks holidayThank you for your interest in this vacancy, which is being advertised by Smart10 Recruitment Group, who are acting as an employment agency / business.
