The role – Behaviour Teaching AssistantQualiteach are looking for an exuberant, experienced and supportive TA to work as a 1:1 behavioural support for a student with ASD and challenging behavioural needs.

As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will be working in the class with a year 5 boy with ASD and severe challenging behaviour.

As a Behaviour TA, you will need a strong ability to build rapport as the student you will be supporting needs a good role model and someone consistent to work with in the classroom.

The role is a long-term, full-time temp to perm position and is for an immediate start.

To be considered for this position, you will need to have a DBS on the update service and experience working with SEN and challenging behavioural needs.
