Position: Lead Support Manager

Location: Buckinghamshire

Salary: £35,432 - £38,715

Hours: 42.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

Our client is an Ofsted rated 'Outstanding' school are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Support Team Lead to join their passionate team. In this role, you'll manage student behaviour, plan and evaluate interventions, and ensure seamless communication within the school and with external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily student behaviour interventions.
  • Foster effective communication with staff, students, families, and external partners.
  • Oversee and implement behaviour Watch and produce reports.
  • Conduct post-incident reviews and ensure accurate recording of incidents.
  • Mentor and support behaviour team staff, ensuring their development and performance management.
  • Develop and deliver General Services training for staff, focusing on legal aspects, risk reduction, and physical intervention.
  • Maintain and update risk assessments and behaviour management strategies.
  • Contribute to research and audit projects to enhance behavioural practices.
