As a result of Zenith securing two new high-profile clients (a prominent online retailer in the UK and a leading global music streaming service),  we have created a compelling opportunity for an AV Associate Director.

What will you be doing?

• Leading and Innovating in AV Activation : Manage a team of award-winning AV buyers to deliver top-tier activation across various platforms including TV, BVOD, SVOD, CTV, and Cinema, while fostering innovative responses to briefs.

• Negotiation and Relationship Building : Negotiate with sales house teams to secure added value opportunities, and build productive relationships with planning teams and clients.

• Market Intelligence and Administration : Stay updated on changes within the AV marketplace, share market intelligence, and ensure all AV administration tasks are completed accurately and on time while meeting all deadlines and KPIs.

Who we are looking for;

• Extensive AV Expertise : Proven experience in TV, BVOD, SVOD, CTV & Cinema, with knowledge of the current media landscape.

• Team & Client Management : Strong team leadership and client management skills, including the ability to challenge briefs.

• Financial & Media Audit Proficiency : Experience in managing client/AV finances with accuracy and confidence in audit processes.

• Programmatic Video Knowledge : Understanding of the programmatic video ecosystem.

You will be well supported and will have the opportunity to utilise your extensive AV experience to lead and manage your team autonomously.
