It takes months to find a customer, seconds to lose one” – Vince Lombardi Automotive Service Advisor required in Northampton up to £27,000 basic salary + overtime + OTE of £6,000 Monday to Friday, Saturday AM rota This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding Prestige Car Dealership today.
Our client represents an industry leading brand with a reliable product that is spearheaded by a dealer group that is progressive and offers industry leading benefits.
Key Responsibilities/Skills: * Greeting customers and scheduling services * Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle * Providing additional services including service plans * Handling customer complaints For your hard work you will be rewarded with: * Great starting salary * A fantastic dealer group with genuine progression routes * Manufacturer training * The opportunity to work with like-minded Service department members Ideally you will have worked within a Service Department as a Service Advisor, however if you have a proven track record of customer excellence I would like to speak with you.
