You will be working with Autism students within a group setting. The ideal candidate will be someone willing to shape the future of young pupil's mind and make a positive impact to students.The ideal Autism Classroom Assistant:Has experience working with children and young people with special needs.Has personal interests in supporting children and young people with special needs.A positive, proactive, and patient individual who has a can-do attitude and is willing to learn.A team player and has great communication skills.Being able to build good working relationships with students and staff.The ideal Autism Classroom Assistant responsibilities:Previous experience in a health care setting is Essential as you will be looking after vulnerable individuals.Candidates must have a valid DBS certificate on the update service (registered online) or you must be able to do a new DBS.Successful candidates will be contacted via email or phone.Please note that candidates are responsible for the cost of their own DBS Certificate.
