An ICR Consilium Associate is a proactive and motivated individual, able to deliver quality work to meet client and team needs while developing financial and healthcare industry understanding to transition over time to an advisory role as they progress in the organisation.

Key to success in this role is being able to multi-task across client and ICR Consilium activities while delivering high quality work in a timely manner and demonstrating our values of being driven, plugged in, full of life, and caring.

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned client accounts, ensuring smooth operation and clear communication.
• Partner with Account Executives on content creation, client calls, media relations, and social media strategy.
• Develop strong industry knowledge and actively monitor client news and trends.
• Contribute to client briefings, presentations, and other communication materials.
• Support senior team members on new business development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate client documents, agendas, and media trackers.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to internal initiatives.

Experience:

• 4-7 years of experience in a communications or marketing role (healthcare experience a plus).
• A life sciences degree is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good understanding of social media applications.
• Proficient in standard MS Office applications.
