The Team
We are a team of over 80 consumer specialists focused on building and protecting brands. We build in-culture, impactful earned communications programmes for our clients that create real-world impact.
We help brands understand the cultural playground they can and should show up in, enabling them to leverage cultural conversations with authenticity and confidence and be clear on how their contribution to culture will play out consistently and with impact over time.
For almost 40 years we’ve done just that. Placing brands inside culture with meaning, matching them to partners, people, causes and places through the power of insight and connectivity. It’s through this knowledge and experience that we now recognise the shifting complexity around getting inside culture today and the reason why we are evolving our approach.
We work on global, EMEA and UK campaigns for clients including KFC UK & I, McCain UK and Global , Danone Global and UK (across brands evian, Volvic, Actimel, Activia), The National Lottery, Samsung EMEA, Warburtons, Nike, Mars Wrigley (brands including Skittles, extra, Maltesers), Mars Food and Mars Petcare
The Role
We are looking for a culturally connected, strategically minded and action orientated associate director with big consumer brand experience. We need a motivated leader with 10+ years’ experience of inspiring teams to deliver fame making campaigns that deliver impact in earned and social, that appeal to Gen Z audiences and excite both clients and agency staff. We want someone with the charm, smarts, counsel and proactivity to manage senior clients, large agency teams and form part of the senior team within consumer brands at freuds.
