ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR required for my clients St Alban's estate agency office. Superb renumeration package. This truly is an amazing opportunity to show your many years of experience within the industry & in particular the St Albans and surrounding areas.  My client is an International corporate agency and they are looking for an ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR who will be responsible for the delivery of sales of residential properties in the St Albans area. As an ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, you will support the Head Office in driving revenue, profitability and lead generation throughout the patch. You will be a strong sales person with prior knowledge and a proven record of accomplishment in the same or similar patch.This role isn't for the faint hearted! Responsibilities of the ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR role:Delivery of individual and team revenue against set targets through  the  sale of residential properties in St Albans area. Develop  relationships and work closely with clients through meetings to secure future instructions/business. Sourcing, pitching for and securing new business through developing relationships with potential clients and other relevant stakeholders. Progress sales to  completion including liaison with solicitors as appropriate, whilst keeping all parties well informed. Maintain a network of both internal and external contacts and make use of these in order to gain information on relevant markets and new business opportunities.  You will possess: the ability to demonstrate a successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. in depth local knowledge of St Albans and the surrounding areas excellent negotiating skills and rapport building skills. experience of leading pitches and securing new business. a full understanding of the residential sales process. a track record of converting market appraisals to sales revenue In return my client is offering a tremendous package:£35,000 - £40,000 (DOE) plus tremendous commissions of £75,000 expected in year Salary in lieu of company car at £5500 per annum 27 days holiday life assurance at 8 x basic salary Private medical cover for you and your family Private GP service Pension scheme Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm  1 in 3 Saturdays 9-4pm NO BANK HOLIDAYS.
