Associate Director - Building Surveyor in Manchester

Calibre Search have been instructed to search out an Associate Director specialising in Building Surveying to based in Manchester City Centre.

This position is with one of Manchester most established and commercially driven Building Surveying teams which part of a huge and global Real Estate Advisory Consultancy which will expose you to working with some very high spec investment clientele not many of their competitors get to work with.

For this particular role, they're wanting to find an ambitious and commercial driven Building Surveyor who feels ready to step up to Associate level and become more of an integral and specialist member offering professional surveying services for their Building Consultancy department.

Ideally, you will be MRICS qualified or close to achieving such status, be driven and confident in Building Surveying with plenty of experience to fall back on as well as wanting to generate further business development which the Practice handsomely reward those if done successfully.

Duties;This will see you dealing with dilapidations claims, including preparing and issuing schedules or responding to claims.

Produced schedules of conditions for clients taking on leases.

produced specifications for tender and project managed works through from inception to completion.

Dealing with party wall mattersComplete Pre-acquisition surveys and produce detailed reports highlighting building defects with remedies and budget costs.
