If so Think Recruitment are currently working with a busy consultancy who are seeking an experienced Associate / Associate Director to join their team.

With a portfolio of work that spans industrial and commercial buildings, infrastructure projects, urban developments etc, they are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what's possible and a renowned for delivering cutting-edge engineering solutions for their clients.

A Chartered Engineer with either ICE or IStructE, on a day to day basis the successful candidate will: Lead and manage high-profile civil and structural engineering projects from concept through to completion.

Provide strategic direction and technical oversight to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Drive innovation and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and sustainability.

Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposal writing and client presentations.
