A leading construction, fit out and refurbishment contractor now need a bright Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

With projects in Commercial Fit Out and Residential new builds, the Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be producing high quality Quantity Surveying services for exceptional clients.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyors Role

Projects range from £500k to £5 million. The projects are some of the best London and counties have to offer.

You will be responsible for -

• Procurement
• Estimates
• Cash flow forecasting
• Tender and contract documents
• Final accounts
• Contracts
• Valuations
• variations
• Attend professional and client meetings
• Assign subcontractors and suppliers aligned with procurement schedule
• Mitigate commercial risks

The company

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join a company who work across London and the home counties, operating within £500K - £5M projects.

With a high degree of detail, the Directors are involved with the clients from inception to completion, setting this level of service apart from others.

With a small team, they are looking for a new Assistant Quantity Surveyor who can get stuck in with their role, latch onto their ambitious and hungry culture and become an integral member of their team.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• 12 months minimum experience
• Ideally you will have a BSc/MSc in a construction related degree
• Knowledge of pricing / estimated would be a benefit
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident with getting stuck in
