What you will bring …

• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• 2 years + construction/fitout experience
• Commercial awareness
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Excellent numerical, IT and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of construction contracts particularly JCT & NEC
• Experience in JCT Design & Build and two stage tender process.

What you will do...

• Produce Cash Flow Forecasts
• Preparation and analysis of elemental budgets
• Detailed review of subcontract tender packages in line with specification requirements
• Review contract conditions
• Procurement of the supply chain and preparation of subcontract order documentation in accordance with company management systems
• Remeasure of subcontract packages
• Assessment and certification of Sub-Contractor interim payments ensuring the appropriate payment notices are issued.
• Preparation of Interim valuations and Final account submissions
• Ability to highlight, value, track, present and agree variation accounts.
• Identification and management of commercial risks
• Assist with monthly cost value reconciliation reports.
• Establish, maintain, and enhance effective working relationships with supply chain and client.
• Ensure effective interaction between the commercial and operational site teams.
