Assistant Payroll Manager in Camden Town

We have an exciting permanent opportunity for an Assistant Payroll Manager to join the team in our London office. The Assistant Payroll Manager will report to the Senior Group Payroll Manager, and be part of our HR Department. **This is an onsite role** You will be responsible for assisting with the payroll administration, and payroll processing for the U.K. EMEA, and Canada. In addition, there will ad-hoc tasks surrounding benefits, pensions, audit requests, and month end reporting. This role would suit an individual who has experience in assisting in processing payroll, but also has a desire to learn about international payrolls, with a view to progressing their career by taking ownership of a number of countries. Full training will be provided. What we are looking for: Knowledge of CBA’s and payroll taxes in areas that we operate in: UK, Austria, Bulgaria, Canada, Dubai, Germany, Norway, Poland, and Sweden Experience with processing payments (funding, and disbursements) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organisational and time management skills Proficient in using ADP, Streamline, Workday, Banking applications, and MS Office Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, and integrity Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong Excel skills, (must include formula knowledge) and understanding when managing large datasets Problem solving, logical thinking Ability to work confidentially with Senior Management and multiple departments throughout the business Understanding of SIP / ISIP & LTIP would be beneficial CMC Markets is an equal opportunities employer and positively encourages applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of gender, sexual orientation, marital or civil partner status, gender reassignment, race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion or belief, disability or age.
