We have an excellent opportunity for an Area Sales Manager to build new relationships and grow the existing customer base.

Your primary focus will be on nurturing existing customer relationships, identifying new prospects, and delivering exceptional customer service. You'll be instrumental in understanding our customers' comprehensive needs, aligning solutions, and influencing key stakeholders to drive regional growth and profitability.

Location: This is a field based role covering: Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Leicester, and Nottinghamshire

Salary: 40,000 – 45,000 base salary dependent on experience

Role Essentials

  • Identify and develop the existing customer base, driving profitable sales growth in alignment with targets.
  • Maximize profitability of new and existing key accounts, grow market share within the region.
  • Design and develop sales propositions tailored to meet customer needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with specialists and external partners to capitalize on opportunities and meet profit targets.
  • Influence senior stakeholders to drive regional results effectively.
  • Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget, with actionable plans to address variances if necessary.
