Rowlands Pharmacy is on the lookout for dynamic and talented professionals to join our team as Area Managers in South East area.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of pharmacy professionals, driving strategic initiatives to achieve operational excellence.

Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring collaborative efforts for mutual success.

Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance metrics to achieve business objectives and enhance overall team efficiency.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards in service delivery.

What We Require:

Experience in community pharmacy

Proven people management skills

A comprehensive understand of GPhC and pharmacy standards

NVQ Level 2 Dispensing Assistant qualification (Ideally)
