Arboricultural Consultant in Milton Keynes

Greenbridge Recruitment is currently looking to speak with experienced Arboricultural Consultants / Seniors in the Reading and Milton Keynes area, looking to be involved in the expansion of an AJ100 company. About the job: We have an established multi-disciplinary practice providing Arboricultural services, landscape, and ecology services looking to expand these services into its southern offices.The majority of your work will be providing Arboricultural Impact Assessments for planning, Tree Surveys, and working closely with developers, planning consultants, and architects, across a range of projects. This client is currently looking to expand their services into their southern offices an would like to hear from experienced Arboricultural Consultants in or around Reading and Milton Keynes. You will need to be an experienced, self-motivated Arb consultant who can work independently with a good amount of autonomy. If required you will have opportunities to develop professional and technical skills, we have a good amount of support from Seniors. Working across all stages of development from initial surveys rite through to Arboricultural Impact assessments and tree protection plans, you will be exposed to all aspects of a project.

This a wonderful opportunity for an Arb Consultant to join an established practice, and aid with kickstarting a new service that has potential for future growth, moving towards the leading and development of a team.

Preferred Experience:

• Confident in carrying out tree surveys and report writing;

• Proficient in preparing survey plans in AutoCAD or tree-related software;

• An excellent two-way communicator, both verbally and in writing;

• Understanding of protected trees legislation, relevant British Standards including BS5837;2012 reports, and best practice guidance;

• Aware of tree risk management;

• LANTRA Professional Tree Inspection.

• A Professional Member of the Arboricultural Association, with a minimum RQF Level 4 qualification in arboriculture

• Driving license and own vehicle;

• An ability to work independently
