The purpose of therole will be to provide application support, development, andmaintenance, including help desk support, handling telephonequeries & desk side support. You will be positive andcustomer satisfaction driven in the provision of help desk servicesover ticket and call, measuring quality, resolutions, and timing.You will also be involved in ad hoc project work, the investigation& root cause analysis of underlying system issues, as wellas helping with systems configuration, data conversion and testingwhere necessary.

MustHave

• Experience providing at least secondline support/systems administration on softwareapplications.
• Incident and problemsmanagement.
• Experience of supporting MicrosoftDynamics 365 or a property management application such as CivicaCx, NEC Housing, MRI Housing, Capita ONE/OPENHousing, Aareon QL,MIS ActiveH, or similar.
• Office 365applications
• Experience working in an ITILenvironment.

• SQL scripting orquerying

• Information/ApplicationSecurity
• ITIL v3certification
• Azure
