Based in East London



Must have experience of Part 7 decisions & Right to internal review of homelessness decision



We are recruiting for a role working with a great team.


You will need good knowledge of the law affecting the housing allocations. Knowledge of Housing act , Homelessness reduction Act , the Children Act, and the Care Act.


Will be able to use your knowledge to provide and contribute to the ongoing development and design of the service.




  • Verify applicants for permanent properties

  • Complete direct matching

  • Allocate permanent homes under the lettings system

  • Allocate temporary accomodation and prevention and PRSO's

  • Provide effective, customer focused service and advise

  • Assist in the training and induction of new staff



  • Joining the established team will provide you with plenty of understanding and experience in local council authority with potential for extension and progression
