What you'll be doing;


  • Work closely with the service team to ensure proactive communication with customers on the current service level being delivered to them.
  • High levels of proactive customer engagement, a Service Administrator will be responsible for assisting and resolving customer's requests and queries via both the telephone and email.
  • Will be trained in the end of month invoicing process, credit note investigation and raising, purchase order raising and submitting wages for employees.



What we're looking for;


  • Strong administrative skills and experience
  • Good IT literacy
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Previous Customer Service experience would be beneficial
