Administrator (Temporary)


Colchester Outskirts - Own transport is essential


Temporary


9-5pm - Monday-Friday - 37.5 hrs - Full time in the office


£11.44ph - £12ph + Holiday, Pension & Adecco Benefits



Working with one of our well established clients on the outskirts of Colchester, we are looking for an Administrator who can support on a temporary ongoing basis.


Duties:



  • Updating and filing data and documents

  • Managing an email mailbox

  • First point of contact for customers either via phone or email

  • Updating customers on orders and delivery ETA's

  • Order processing

  • Offering excellent customer service

  • Taking incoming calls to the business

  • Passing on enquiries if further information is required

  • General Administration


    • Good IT Skills is required - Outlook, Excel and Word. Also confident with bespoke systems (Full training provided)
