Administrator Penrith / Carlisle / Workington £23,127 Full-time, Permanent Job Description: We are currently recruiting for an Administrator who will provide day-to-day support across a range of contracts and projects for a company that operates across Cumbria and North Lancashire.You will manage all inbound enquiries via the telephone, email or in person. You will provide information on the range of services available to job seekers and you will support with signing customers on to employability programmes to increase their chances of finding work. You will create letters/emails, help with completing contractual paperwork and support with reviewing documents to ensure they are compliant prior to annual audits.You will have excellent communication skills, be passionate about helping people and you will have good customer service skills. You will have excellent IT skills having used all Office applications and ideally CRM systems in the past.
