Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator with experience of working in a regulated and process driven environment? Are you passionate about delivering a first-class service to customers and internal stakeholders? If so, this could be the perfect role for you!

In your role as Administrator, you will be working as part of a small team, responsible for providing high quality briefing information to the field-based Quality Assurance team, ensuring they have all the required information in advance of their planned visits.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing a technical and operational understanding of how to produce the appropriate electronic information pack, for all types of review visits undertaken by the Quality Assurance team.
• Consistently and accurately delivering information within the agreed timelines, and in advance of the scheduled visit.
• Resolving or referring queries to the Supervisor in a timely and professional manner.
• Reviewing and updating the procedure manual on a quarterly basis, ensuring it reflects current procedures, making any amendments to bring it up to date.
• Ensuring all information is updated and stored correctly.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the relevant documents are processed regularly.

To be a successful Administrator you must have:

• Experience of using Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• The initiative to work alone but also as part of a team.
• Problem-solving ability.
• The ability to remain motivated and focused when completing repetitive tasks.
